We are currently on site for Fingal County Council on this transformative public realm scheme in Balbriggan, Co. Dublin

Key Features

The scheme will transform the town centre and harbour area of Balbriggan. There are numerous and varied challenges which our team are meeting on site

  • Extensive high quality public realm with exposed aggregate and natural stone paving.
  • Continuous interface and engagement with vehicular and pedestrain traffic.
  • Diversion of existing River Bracken, with assoicated major reinfroced concrete works to widen the river bed and create the centre piece of the new plaza.
  • Construction of new high quality harbour buildings to bring new life to the harbour area.
  • Working immediately adjajcent and continusly interface with the operational harbour.
  • Extensive works under and around the existing protected Iarnrod Eireann viaduct.
  • Complete utilities upgrade across the full site.
  • Upgraded new car park, which opened 2 months after commencement.
  • Refurbishment of teh existing protected RNLI boathouse.
